1.1 PLACING AN ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
In the unlikely event that an item(s) from your order is unavailable, it will NOT be substituted for an alternative product and you will be informed and refunded.
We carry out security checks on all orders and may cancel your order should it fail these checks, upon which you will be notified.

1.2 CANCELLING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order at any time up until the point of when the goods are being dispatched, after which you will need to return the items to us, in order to receive a refund. Please refer to 1.4 Refunds and Exchanges for further details. To cancel an order you must contact our Customer Services team .

1.3 UK Delivery Options


We currently offers 3 Delivery Options:

Free UK Delivery over £30

UK Standard Delivery (2-4 working days)- £2.95

 

International Delivery
Europe & Ireland (7-10 working days) - £9.95
Worldwide (8-12 working days)- £12.95

 

We will aim to dispatch your products within 24 hours of placing your order 

Standard Delivery: Deliveries will be made within 24 hours after placing your order.
We run a Monday to Saturday service, delivering between the hours of 7:30am - 9pm. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or on a Bank Holiday.

The cost of delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of order. We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail and operate a Monday to Saturday 7:30am - 9pm service for both our Standard and Premium services.
A specific time slot cannot be specified with any of our Delivery Options.
Please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity along with circumstances beyond our control such as adverse weather, processing may take longer and certain services may be removed.
Our standard Refunds and exchange policy applies.


DELIVERY:


1.0 Tell me more about Standard Delivery within the UK

Our standard delivery is £2.95.

Free UK Delivery over £30


Expect to receive your delivery within 2-4 working days (excluding Sundays) after placing your order.
Your order will arrive any time between 7.30am and 6pm and a signature is required on receipt.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays, so expect to receive your order on the next working day.

2.0 Which courier do you use ?

We use Royal Mail for all of our UK and WORLDWIDE deliveries. When your order leaves our Distribution Centre, we’ll email you with a tracking number and you can follow your items through the Royal Mail website.

3.0 Tell me more about shipping to Europe?

Our standard delivery cost £9.95 to a Europe.
Expect to receive your delivery within 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends) after placing your order.
Your order will arrive any time between 9am and 5pm and a signature is required on receipt.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays, so expect to receive your order on the next working day.

4.0 Tell me more about shipping Worldwide?

Our Worldwide shipping costs £12.95
We use Royal Mail for all of our International deliveries. When your order leaves our Distribution Centre, we’ll email you with a tracking number and you can follow your items through the Royal Mail website.
Expect to receive your order within 9 to 12 working days. Remember, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

5.0 Customs and Duties…Help!

If you’re receiving your order outside of the EU you’ll be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges.
Fringoo operates on a DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID basis. This means that any of the above fees outstanding have to be paid on delivery of your order. Unfortunately, this price is set by ROYAL MAIL. To avoid any unwanted surprises we recommend that you contact your local customs authority; they’ll give you any information that you may need.
Please remember, you’ll be responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure that your goods are cleared.

6.0 What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

We need a signature on receipt of your parcel. If you are not available, we will leave you a card telling you how to rearrange your delivery or where you can pick up your items.



1.4 REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. In order to exchange an item, please enclose a cheque made out to ‘Fringoo' for £2.99 postage & packing together with the returned item. We will only accept items sent by recorded delivery to the return address visible on the parcel.


You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail recorded Delivery), as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt. We recommend you keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned to us and has been confirmed as faulty.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, processing may take longer. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable; however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be subject to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.
