REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. In order to exchange an item, please enclose a cheque made out to ‘Fringoo Ltd' for £2.99 postage & packing together with the returned item. We will only accept items sent by recorded delivery to the return address visible on the parcel.
You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail recorded Delivery), as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. A proof of signature is required to confirm receipt. We recommend you keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it has been returned to us and has been confirmed as faulty.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. However, please note that during our seasonal sales and periods of promotional activity, processing may take longer. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable; however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside of the EU will be subject to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again.

1.0 Can I return an item/s?

WORN HATS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED / REFUNDED.
2.0 How should I send my unwanted item/s?
Easy! Just return your unwanted item/s back to our Distribution Centre.
You can find return address on the parcel.
Your unwanted items are your responsibility until they reach our Distribution Centre, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. We recommend that you retain your proof of delivery for your own security.
Returns hand- carried to the Distribution Centre will not be accepted due to security reasons.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
3.0 I want to make a return but do not live in the UK, will you refund my returns costs?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to refund your return costs if the item is merely unwanted.
However, if the item was delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, please send it back to our UK Distribution Centre address where it will be assessed by our returns team and a postage refund will be processed where possible.
If you’re in the mainland UK then we recommend that you use a secure, traceable provider (such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) and retain the postage receipt for your own security.
4.0 How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We’ll aim to process your return within 48 hours of receipt of your return order.
If you'd like to return your item for an exchange, we'll send your replacement to the default delivery address on your account. And remember, we can only exchange for another size , so if you want a different item you will need to make a new order.
We try hard to accept all returns; however, USED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please keep the original packaging with the labels and tags intact to avoid any unnecessary disappointment.
