This journal is ok. A little bigger than I’d ideally wanted. I was hoping it would be more of a daily diary. But it’s got two separate sections, one for writing notes and how you feel, and the other for weekly planning. Would be better if they were integrated in some way. And I was also hoping for a diary that wasn’t all about how you feel - as they all seem to be right now. My boy doesn’t have any issues with feelings / behaviour etc. He just likes writing down what he’s done each day!
